Sorry for the delay on getting some of these workouts posted. I’ve been travelling a lot with the holidays and did not have access to the internet.

This workout is all about increasing your power output on the bike. Your heart rate on this workout will be in Zone 4 & 5 or above 80% of your max HR. You should feel really feel it in your legs after this one! Really focus on working your legs and keeping your upper body still as well as maintaining the pace.
