Today we will be going back to more of an endurance workout which will be perfect considering it is holiday time! The main set will be an endurance set where the goal is to keep the heart rate below 80% of your max. For good measure, I threw in some interval sets as well so that your muscles don;t forget what it is like to go fast and work hard.
