Indoor Cycling Workout 12-29-10

Whoops…I thought I posted this last week. I apologize for anyone that is following this blog for new cycling workouts. Anyway, this workout is more of an endurance workout with an anaerobic set at the end. The goal is to keep the HR at 80% or less of your max for the 1st two sets. This is a good “post holiday” workout to get the blood flowing and to burn some fat cells!
