Indoor Cycling Workout for 1-19-2011

This workout is a mix of mostly fast, speed work with a little bit of tempo to keep things level. All of the work is within 1 gear of your flat road gear, just at a higher cadence. Key is consistency across all the sets. Watch your cadence or power output and maintain from set to set.
