Indoor Cycling Workout for 1-26-2011

Today’s workout is an endurance workout. I’m starting my latest triathlon clinic tonight and I know that’s why I made this workout a little easier than others I have written. Anyway, this one is simple in concept, but will still get you a great workout. Leg speed decreases in each set and the last set is a big gear, low RPM set where you will remain seated.

    Very informative blog entry about workout. Really enjoyed the article. Keep up the good work. There need to be more information about working out, because there are so many ways of doing it. Only a consistent change will bring success.
